If you'd like to serve on out Volunteer Staff, please contact us below!

This event would not be possible without the many hours donated by volunteers. Whether you can spare just an hour or two, or want to work more hours in return for discounted or free admission to the event, we would be grateful for your help.

Examples of volunteer responsibilities:

• Dance floor setup (Wednesday evening and Thursday morning)

• Ballroom and dance floor teardown (Sunday evening)

• Ballroom decoration setup (Wednesday evening and Thursday morning)

• Registration desk

• Contest signups

• Door monitors/greeters  

• The Show greeters

• Rovers

• Workshop DJs
